Once complete a returns request, please give our team 1-2 business to review your request.

Once approved, you will be emailed returns instructions with a link to download a packing label that will be placed inside the packaging, and a prepaid USPS priority shipping label to affix outside of the packaging.

Items must be shipped within 15 days of label creation. All returns must include the packing slip within return packaging. Otherwise, it will cause processing delays.

Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, it takes 2-3 business days to check in and inspect the return. Once your return inspection is approved, then your refund will be processed (including sales tax), and a credit will be automatically returned to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account depending on your banking institution.

We will try our best to make it right! Colorsonic will honor warranty related claims within 1 year of purchasing. If you’ve found an issue with your device, please complete below returns form.

Note that goods are classified as defective where a manufacturing fault occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged because of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color, shade or size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
