General Shipping Information

NOTICE: This website is operated by L&R Distributors, Inc. ("Company" or "We") acting as an online distributor of L’Oreal Colorsonic® hair care products.

We offer FREE economy shipping on all orders $35.00 and over (excluding taxes) within the contiguous United States. We are happy to extend FREE shipping on all subscription orders. Orders blelow $35.00 are subject to a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee for economy shipping. Currently, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, and we do not ship internationally including APO/FPO/DPO military address. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. If an order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be shipped the following business day. Once it leaves the warehouse, it has an estimated delivery date within 4-8 business days. Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

 

PO Box

If you are shipping to a US PO box, we offer FREE economy shipping. If your shipment contains restricted items, your order will be shipped via UPS SurePost or USPS First Priority Mail services and may experience longer than our typical transit times. Orders to PO Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

 

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery.

 

Business Hours & Holidays

Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days. Depending on peak times, it may take up to 5 business days. If an order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be shipped the following business day. Once it leaves the warehouse, the estimated delivery is within 3-6 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

The Company’s business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day/Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

 

Multiple Shipments

To better service you and deliver products faster, we ship inventory from all the Company's warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card once your ordered product has been shipped.

 

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email or visit you can visit the Order Tracking page.

Title to the products in your order is transferred from L&R Distributors, Inc. to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from L&R Distributors, Inc. to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
