Refund policy

NOTICE: This website is operated by L&R Distributors, Inc. ("Company" or "We") acting as an online distributor of L’Oreal Colorsonic® hair care products.

We accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Eligible returns are subject to a $5.50 return label fee, which is deducted from the return refund value. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned and original shipping is non-refundable.

Within 30 days

  • Returns: We are happy to accept returns on unopened devices and cartridges within 30-days of purchase.
  • Warranty: Colorsonic will honor warranty related claims within 1 year of purchasing. If you’ve found an issue with your device, please call or text the L'Oréal Customer Care Center at 1-833-856-7325, or fill out the form here.

After 30 days

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. At this time, we do not offer any exchanges for orders or items.

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please complete a return request form on our Returns Page. Once submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request. Once approved, you will receive emailed instructions with a link to download a packing label to place inside the packaging, and a USPS priority shipping label to affix outside of the packaging.

Items must be shipped within 15 days of label creation. All returns must include the packing slip within return packaging. Otherwise, it will cause processing delays.

Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, it takes up to 5 business days to check in and inspect the return. Once your return inspection is approved, then your refund will be processed (including sales tax), and a credit will be automatically returned to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account depending on your banking institution.

 

Gift Returns

Yes, you may exchange a gift for store credit valid for one year. You will receive a checkout code that can be applied to your next order. Note that you are subject to cover any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Please reach out via our Returns Request Form.

 

Defective Product

We will try our best to make it right! Fill out the form here. In order to best serve your needs, we’ll need some images of your defective items. Note that goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged because of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color, shade or size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Late Returns

For items you wish to return outside of the standard 30-day return policy timeframe, please reach out via our Support Page. At the Company’s discretion, the return may be approved for store credit.

 

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on shop.colorsonic.com, the package will be returned to our shipping facility. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
